President B. Hinckley passed away today. This is a sad day for our LDS community throughout the world. President Hinckley taught me so much since I got baptized in 1998. I still remember his words when he said new converts needed three things- a friend, a responsibility, and nurturing with the good word of God. I was a newly convert and I felt he is was speaking directly to me.
I will miss his sweet smile and how he always waved his cane.
