This past Sunday, baby Giovanna received a name and a blessing from her dad, and she was presented as a new member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
This is a very special occasion for every family from church, when fathers, worthy priesthood holders, have the sacred privilege to take their children in their arms, place their hands upon them, and bless them. Just like Jesus did. St Mark 10:16
People who played important roles in our lives were invited to participate on such a special moment for our family. Unfortunately, my family in Brazil weren't able to come, but our hearts are constantly connected. It was a beautiful blessing for a beautiful girl.
Side note: No headband for baby Giovanna. She doesn't like them at all, and cries every time we attempt to put one on her.
