Happy Birthday Giovi!

Today our Giovanna turns six!

We love her so much!  She is loving, patient, understanding, caring, she has a big heart, and she is the sweetest girl!

We always throw a birthday party for her sometime in October, but we always do a little extra something on her actual birth day. Sometimes I like to do a Halloween something for her because she was born close to Halloween.

This year we prepared a Halloween dinner. We invited some close friends to join us and sing happy birthday to her (again).

Ophthalmologist

Guess who had ophthalmologist today?

The doctor dilated Giovanna's pupil and while we waited to be called back in the girls played and colored. Bianca explored everywhere and played with her big sissi.

Fortunately, everything looks good. Bump and crossed eye are still there, but they haven't changed or worsened. We will see doctor Young in six months.

Giovanna turns 6

My girls are growing. Sometimes I wish I could stop time or at least slow it a little just to enjoy my babies a little longer! In August Bianca turned one and on the 29th my princess #1 is turning six.

Last weekend was her birthday party. She wanted an Elena of Avalor themed party. It was really cute and some of her friends from school showed up. They had a blast!

I keep promising myself I won't throw birthday parties for her anymore (just a little cake with family), but I just can't keep that promise, can I?

Halloween at Gardner Village

This weekend we headed to Gardner Village to visit the witches display they have every year. I can't believe my mom was with us last time we went! I miss her!
