Yesterday I went to Giovanna's school for parent-teacher conference. As parents we always hope to hear good things about our children. Fortunately, Giovi is a sweet litlle girl who teachers and classmates adore. She is doing great in math and Spanish. The teacher asked Giovanna to sound the letters of the Spanish alphabet and she scored them all! Way to go Giovi!
She just needs a little extra help reading in English. I don't judge her. Speaking three languages - English, Portuguese and Spanish - at age 7 can be overwhelming.
Also, last week was picture day. I am so excited to see how the pictures have turned out!
