This past Saturday we celebrated Veterans day. In the morning we took the girls to Scera Center of Arts here in Orem to watch a few performances honoring those who so bravely serve and have served this great nation. We watched as people sang, played instruments and talked about their experience in the war.
Then we took a quick tour in the Orem Heritage Museum. There we met a veteran who is the 3rd generation of veterans in his family. He lost a son in the war and have a grandson currently serving in the military. It was an amazing story.
At night we had dinner at our favorite Brazilian restaurant in town, then took a walk at Traverse Mountain.
We even met mama Claus and Santa Claus!
