So this has finally happened folks!
Last Saturday we held Giovanna's 7th birthday party. We had about 24 kids plus adults. The kids came dressed up as their favorite hero, villain, or other favorite character, and it was a lot of fun! I set up 2 tables just for the kids, and two tables for the adults. I thought it would be fun if all the kids sat together.
Every kid had their own individual lunch bag filled with P&J sandwich, a bag of chips, fruit snack and juice. I also used the marshmallows I made for party favors as table centerpieces. Double score!
Then we played games -- musical chair, freeze, hot potato, sac race, and lots of dancing with Descendants songs. The kids had a blast!
After the games, we sang Happy Birthday, had the piñata, and opened the presents.
By the time we started the piñata, it was getting dark already, so the pictures don't look that great.
Again, it was LOTS of fun, but also a lot of work! Ale and I stayed up until 1:00am on Friday finishing things up. Everything on the party was made from scratch -- decorations, cake, even the piñata!
How we made our piñata.
Super cool birthday party! Got to know about LA venues from my friend and planning to arrange a kitty party on my mother's birthday. Her favorite food especially baked and grilled ones will be ordered. Searching for sweet provider as well. Beverages and drinks will all be sober. Also want to buy a fabulous gift for her.
