I love volunteering for field trips, but I am not great in checking my email regularly. Because of that often times I don't see the sign-up email until all spots have already been filled out.
Today Bianca went on a field trip to This is the Place Heritage Park. I asked her teacher if I could meet them there and she said yes as long as I was willing to pay for my entrance. Since we have the annual pass that was not a problem, so I got Giovanna who is currently being homeschooled and off we went to Salt Lake.
Bianca was super excited to see us there. It was a chilly day and we bought hot chocolate and delicious donuts to keep us warm.
