Summer reading has started for Giovanna. Before school was over I got a letter from Windsor inviting Giovanna to participate in summer reading on the month of July. She is still slightly behind in reading comparing to other students of her class, and her teacher thought it would be a good opportunity for her to catch up for next school year.
Last year she attended summer reading and it was great for her. I am sure she will do great this year also. Plus, she gets to go on a field trip on the last day. I can't believe she is going to third grade!
Time flies and I am getting old.
P.S. Bianca is loving that her sister is going to school this summer so she can tag along for breakfast and sometimes for lunch.
